Hi guys,, Well this will be an obvious question, what tires have you seen to work best at Felsenmeer? If I remember, the last crawl was under wet conditions so it was hard for everyone to get traction. In general though, what would you recommend?
Thanks, Danke Tom

Hi Tom,
we have such sticky rocks there (when its not wet) that all popular tires work very well. We had good results with the prolines (moabs or masher2000) and also my losi tires perform very well. But I think most tires will do fine. Only the standard axial ones seem to be a little slippery, what I have seen.
In the Felsenmeer its more a question of low CG, to avoid a backroll.
But we also have very tight, tricky sections, where the driver is the most important part, and not the tires
See you soon,
Peter

I know this reply is propably way to old but anyways....it all depends on your rigs set-up....the same tires will work diffrentley with 2 diffrent Crawlers!!!...my choice for Dry rock is the LOSI ROCK CLAW...except they wear down pretty fast!! i try to avoid running in wet conditions but i think that the Axial super soft would be a good choice!!!....but Moabs defenitley Dry....
